The McLean County Board of Education is seeking an individual with a proven record of being an instructional leader.  The successful candidate should have administrative experience, good oral communication skills, evidence of good fiscal management, and the ability to communicate with district constituents. The candidate must display a willingness to be visible and involved with the community.

McLean County is located in Western Kentucky and is just 20 minutes south of Owensboro and known for its beautiful farmland.  McLean County is eager to continue moving the school district to the highest levels of achievement.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Kentucky superintendent’s certification. Salary will be competitive with districts our size.
